Teamspeak
servers:
1) The client will be provided with a username and password. With this
username, the client will have administrator rights at the TS server.
The client also has access to the configuration webinterface to change
server specific items such as server name, password, user creation and
administration etc.
2) For server restarts or reconfigurations, the client needs to contact
FreeTSHost via email or the HQ Server quoting there account identity
information, and FreeTSHost.co.uk will make best efforts to carry out
the requested changes in a timely manner.
3) The client has no super administrator rights.
4) No Music Bots are allowed on our servers. This is to save bandwidth.
Our
Obligations:
1) FreeTSHost will do everything in its power to provide a stable
service on our network. However, some situations are beyond the powers
of FreeTSHost Therefore FreeTSHost shall not be held responsible,
however we will make best efforts to solve these problems as they arise.
2) FreeTSHsot will do everything in its power to provide support for
their TS Servers. This includes solving server sided issues which
relates to the operation of the Teamspeak server and according the
support section of this document.
Requesting:
1) After sending the request to FreeTSHost, the client will need to
come to our HQ Server and speak with a member of Staff. (Either the
TeamSpeak 2 HQ or the TeamSpeak 3 HQ)
2) The client will then recieve an email confirming the Server
Activation
3) FreeTSHost will verify the information of the request form.
4) FreeTSHost will set up the server after receiving the request and
then the login data will be send to client.
5) All Clients must be polite when speaking to our Staff. We spend a
lot of money doing this for you. All we ask is you give us respect. Any
abuse from anyone will not be tolerated but instead you will be banned!
6) You must have a Microphone and speak to a member of our Staff in the
HQ TeamSpeak before it is activated. (DO NOT REQUEST ON THE FORUMS, Or
the request will be denied!)
7) You must be at least 13 before applying for a TeamSpeak Server (OR
have Parental consent)
8) You must have a Website, (FreeWebs, Piczo, Bebo, Facebook, Myspace,
Free Forums sites are NOT allowed. You must have a proper domain i.e.
mydomain.com. .tk, .co.nr, .co.cc domains are also NOT allowed. Please
ask a member of Staff for more details.
9) All TeamSpeaks which we hand out are monitored 24 hours a
day 7 days a week, To provide you the most safest security ever.
10) You TeamSpeak must not be inactivate for more than 14
days, Meaning if you don't login to your server with your SA Account.
It will be deleted automatically and your Username blacklisted from
requesting again (With the new request panel, You must login regardless
of the server being active and click Renew TS)
Ownership:
1) The ownership of all hardware and software will remain by
FreeTSHost.co.uk.
2) The client is responsible for any damage to the system which is a
result of misuse of the client.
Support:
1)
FreeTSHost provides support via Email, TeamSpeak and the Forums.
2) Support is limited to the client only.
3) The average support response time will be about 6-12 hours. However
during special circumstances like holidays this could be longer.
4) FreeTSHost.co.uk only provides support in relationship for its own
TeamSpeak Servers.
Security:
1) The client will not send Attacks, Player Bots or DOSS, DDOS Attacks.
If anyone is found doing this the correct authority will be contacted
2) The client will need to keep the Server Activation Email for Support
and
Security Purposes
